Legoland is a place where your dreams come true where the themes are all LEGO-like. Many structures in Legoland are built from Lego such as characters ranging from dragons, people, animals, whatever you have in mind! Some of them make sounds and moves! The recreation of some famous landmarks and buildings is one of the best things out there, all made of Lego! For those who aren’t into Lego from the beginning, you can still have so much fun. 1. Lego Technic

Lego Technic is an area of rides which is suitable for older kids. You will find some adrenaline-pumping rides such as the Technic Twister to spin you around in a whole different level, The Great Lego Race to take you in a virtual reality roller coaster or Aquazone Wave Racers where you will ride a wave surf and get surprised by water bombs. If you’re into some brain-teasing, try Lego Academy where you will get educational workshops and Lego building. Or you can try Lego Mindstorm where you have to get creative with some cool robot programming, suitable for 8 years older.

2. Lego Kingdoms

LEGO Kingdoms is where you will get to see castles, dragons, and certainly knights! Stay thrilling with not only 1, but 2 sets of roller coasters namely The Dragon and The Dragon’s Apprentice. The Dragon is suitable for older kids with more thrilling twists and turns of different heights and depths while The Dragon’s Apprentice is more suitable for the younger ones. Another highlight is the Merlin’s Challenge where you get to ride a magical carousel, suitable for 8 years old and above. 

3. Imagination

Imagination is a perfect place to play and learn many things all at once. This area is filled with many attractions ranging from DUPLO Express, 4D cinema, build area, and observation area. DUPLO Express could be your tiny kid’s favorite place. This area is a miniature of the LEGOLAND Express where you can take them on a fun train ride. Build and Test might really be a  fun way to learn new things as you get to build race cars then take them to the racing test. Or you can build a structure to last on the earthquake simulation. There is also a competition where you can compete with fellow LEGO enthusiasts as scheduled. If you’re an animation lover, LEGO Studios should be your destination in Legoland. Enjoy the 4D movies with thrilling scenes that play every half an hour. 

4. Land of Adventure

Land of Adventure is where you get to see the Dinosaur and Egyptian features as the main theme. There is Lost Kingdom Adventure where you can go aboard on an off-roader and shoot lasers to hunt lost treasure and collect points. For a more thrilling ride, go to the Dino Island where you get to journey in a log boat through volcanoes, LEGO characters and crash into the water with a huge splash. For the younger kids, don’t miss the Pharaoh’s Revenge where you can play in an indoor playground to shoot foam balls at targets. Don’t forget to run, jump to win the challenges.

How to Get to Legoland Malaysia

This fantasy park is located at Iskandar Puteri which is used to be known as Nusajaya. Legoland Malaysia is also right next door of Singapore. Therefore, it is strategically located within a 20-minute drive from Johor’s Senai International Airport as well as 55 minutes-drive from Singapore’s Changi International Airport. Traveling to Legoland Malaysia is easy peasy. You can rent a car from Senai Airport then take Tuas/Iskandar Puteri/Pontian/Tanjung Pelepas EXIT 253.
