You can arrange a boat from the local fisherman to take you watching dolphins. Dolphins usually appear in the morning and these beautiful creatures might try to swim by your boat. However, please keep in mind that trying to get to close to the dolphins might disturb their habitat. You can still watch dolphins but tell your fisherman not to chase them.

Speaking of Lovina beach, it cannot be separated from Anak Agung Panji Tisna. He’s an explorer who has been to Asia and Europe. Amazed by the way of life of Bombay people in India, he would then apply the idea and established an inn called Lovina on his land when he returned from abroad in 1953. Started from his 3-room cottage and seaside restaurant, Lovina has grown so much and it reached the other villages to create tourism-based development. Nowadays, the coastal village has been developed with Kalibukbuk as the hub or the informal center of Lovina.

The stretches of tourism village on the coastal area have made Lovina a popular destination. Along the coastline now you can enjoy spending your days on resorts, various restaurants where you can learn how to cook 4 to 5 Balinese dishes. If you plan to take a cooking class, you will also get a trip to the local market to find the freshest ingredients.

Other attractions in Lovina Beach is the watersports. Traveling with kids would be no problem in Lovina because the watersports can be easily performed by kids. You can do banana boating for a less adrenalin pumping activity, or you can do parasailing and surfing. Diving and snorkeling are also popular activities in Lovina. Like the other wonderful marine life on other Bali beaches, Lovine holds a wonderful marine life underwater. Many colorful creatures can be found such as turtles, stingrays, and schools of fishes.
