Tripcetera will collect the total fees from User / Guest once a booking request for a Service is confirmed by a Host or corporate service provider (hotels, airlines, etc). Depends on the payment mode of such listings,Tripcetera will pay the host the total fees in accordance with the T&C and the pricing as indicated in the relevant voucher. 
Tripcetera have 3 method of voucher redemption. Feel free to choose whichever convenient for you:

Step 1. Prepare the access to the login account for hosts, Internet connectivity and registered phone number for One Time Password (OTP) application. You may click here to login.

Step 2. Ask the guest to show the Tripcetera’s e-voucher and identify the Booking Information form.

Find the TCT code (under the QR code) and also match the receipt.accordingly.

Step 3. Make sure you to check the type of services of either ‘Pay at Tripcetera’ or ‘Pay at hosts’.mode. 

Go to your host account login and click ‘My Listing’, then find the respective listings with confirmed status.

Step 4. Enter and verify the relevant TCT code from the  voucher as shown by the guests details.

Step 5. If success, you may keep the booking voucher and receipt as your very own proof of sales record. If its failed, then you have the case of multiple redemption or invalid voucher.

The TCT code on your listed services were auto-generated and can only be redeemed once.

Step 1. Make sure you have the access to the registered phone number.  Any type of mobile phone with Short Message System (SMS) feature will do. Only a host registered mobile phone number is eligible to SMS the TC Code to Tripcetera server.

Step 2. Ask the guest to show the Tripcetera’s booking voucher’s, find the TCT code (under the QR code) and also match the receipt.accordingly.

Step 3. Make sure you to check the type of services of either ‘Pay at Tripcetera’ or ‘Pay at hosts’.mode.

Type the TCT code with format ‘REDEEM HOST TCTcodexxx’ and send it to: +62855 7467 9388.

 

Step 4. Wait for the following SMS auto-response from Tripcetera server. 

IF SUCCESS:

“Congratulations! Your voucher with code TCTcodeXXX for Booking NO VCH 17094A5200001 has been redeemed successfully – Tripcetera.com”

IF INVALID:
“Sorry, your mobile phone number is not authorized to process” -Tripcetera.com (The mobile phone number that you are using is not registered as a hosts)
“Sorry, we cannot find your property” -Tripcetera.com (The TCTcode is not correct or has been redeemed before)

“Sorry, your voucher code is not found” -Tripcetera.com (The TCTcode is not correct or miss-typed)

 

Step 5. If success, you may keep the booking voucher and receipt as your very own proof of sales record.

If its failed, then you have the case of multiple redemption or invalid voucher.
